It is not possible to add a worker through your F2Pool account. You must set your worker through the configuration of a specific miner or mining tool. When you begin mining, the pool will automatically display the worker as configured in miner settings.
The worker name, which is a serial number of a miner, can be a combination of digits and letters but cannot contain any special characters like “.” (dot), “_” (Underline), etc.
Logged-in mining supports BTC, BCH, BSV, LTC, ETH, ZEC, ZEN, CKB, CFX, XMR, ETC, BTC-SHA256d profit-switching pools, ZEC-Equihash profit-switching pool, and more. You must configure each username to a miner or mining tool to mine. After the pool receives a miner’s information, the miner will automatically show up on the “Workers” page of the mining coin. Log in to your F2Pool account to see the relevant information.
For Logged-in mining, the setup should be: accountname.workername
Account name and worker names must be separated by a “.” between them.
In an anonymous mining scheme, miners use their wallet address and worker name to configure their miners. After a pool receives a miner’s information, miners will be visible by coin type and wallet address.
For anonymous mining, the setup should be: walletaddress.workername
There are slight configuration differences between coins. Miners should read relevant mining guides for each coin and refer to the examples.
