How do I monitor miners and get offline alarms?

There are three ways to get offline alarms about your mining machines:

1. Using the f2pool app. The app is available for download on App Store and Google Play, or you can find the download link on the f2pool website. You can turn on offline alarm notifications by following this guide.
2. Using the Telegram app. You may follow this guide to bind the alert bot on Telegram to your f2pool account, thus getting offline alarms via Telegram.
3. Email offline alerts function. f2pool supports the email offline alerts function to help you check your miner’s operating status. You can turn on this function by following this guide.

If the miner name is not set, offline alerts will not be sent. In the miner backend (typically under the User/Worker/Wallet field), make sure to use the format “AccountName.MinerName” (e.g., bigfish.001). If adding the f2pool account name only, you will not receive offline alerts. Please refer to the mining tutorial for settings.
