Check the router and network cable to make sure there is no problem with the connection between the miner, router or switch. If it is a second-hand miner, the problem is usually due to the differences in segments between the miner and the router or switch. You can try to solve the issue with these methods:
- Restore the miner to factory settings (instructions for restoring to factory settings may differ, please consult the manufacturer of your miner), reconnect the miner, then attempt to find the IP address.
- Modify the IP network segment of your router to match that of your miner. Refer to method 1 and try to find the IP address if the miner’s IP network segment is unknown.
