f2pool does not support adding mobile numbers in the formats +86, +79, +359, +66, +971, +216, +995, +92, +7 (RU), etc. We also do not support sending SMS verification codes to the above numbers, countries, or regions. Please use passkeys or two-factor authentication instead.

If you request an SMS verification code in any of the countries or regions listed above, you may not receive the SMS verification code. We recommend that you ensure your mobile number code matches your login location.

Please note that if your registered email uses a GMX series domain, the SMS function will be restricted. You can try registering a new account with a different email address, use passkeys, or enable two-factor authentication. If you still have a remaining balance, please use the manual withdrawal function to withdraw.

If the login email address and mobile phone number you are using do not fall under any of the above situations, and you were able to receive SMS verification codes normally before 2026-04-10, we recommend that you try the following steps:

• Try switching to a different browser, such as the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
• Try using the app to perform the relevant operations.
• Disable browser extensions (if in use) or log in using incognito/private browsing mode.
• Log in from other devices such as a mobile phone or PC.

If you still cannot receive the SMS verification code after trying the above methods, please open a support ticket or contact us at [e-mail] with the following information: login email address, complete mobile phone number (including country code), login location, current mining cryptocurrency (or not yet started mining). We will assist you with the issue.
