Unable to add a wallet address

If you are unable to add a wallet address, please check the following:

1. Incorrect wallet address format: The pool only supports mainnet wallet addresses.
2. Wrong network for the coin: Some coins share the same token name across different networks. Please verify the network and token name before adding.
3. “Sync address” feature: If your account has only one subaccount, ignore the “Sync address” feature. Otherwise, it may prevent you from adding a wallet address.
4. Incomplete security verification: Adding a wallet address requires completing various verification codes. Make sure you can receive and correctly enter them.
5. Coin delisted: For certain delisted coins, the pool has disabled the option to add or modify wallet addresses. Please contact f2pool support for assistance.
