Once you have successfully connected to f2pool for mining, it is important to add your wallet address to your account to receive mining reward payouts. Please note that f2pool currently only supports adding mainnet wallet addresses. If you use non-mainnet format wallet addresses, you won’t be able to receive mining rewards and any rewards sent to these addresses cannot be retrieved. Therefore, please take care to confirm your wallet address.
You can refer to the following methods to determine whether it is a mainnet wallet address:
Network naming. On exchanges or third-party wallet platforms, the mainnet address is often represented by the full name or code of the currency. It is typically listed at the top of the selection list. For instance, the DOGE mainnet wallet is identified as Dogecoin or DOGE, and the BTC mainnet as Bitcoin or BTC. The display methods vary slightly across different platforms.
The network name of BELLS as the merged mining coin we support is called Bellscoin. Please note that some platforms (e.g., Binance, Gate) use the ticker BELLS for a different network called Bella Protocol. Kindly double-check the network name when getting the wallet address.
Wallet address prefix. The Kaspa mainnet wallet address begins with “kaspa:”, the CFX mainnet wallet address with “cfx:”, the KDA mainnet wallet address with “k:”, and ETC and ETHW with “0x”. However, please note that apart from ETC and ETHW, f2pool does not support any network addresses that begin with “0x”. When adding a wallet address to the pool, if there is a prefix, ensure to copy and paste it entirely.
f2pool mining payouts do not support the following wallet address types:
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2), Ethereum (ERC20), Tron (Trc20), Polygon, Arbiturm, Optimistic, zkSync, Lightning Network (Bitcoin Lightning Network), etc. Please do not choose the above networks as the receiving address for f2pool payouts.
If you are using an exchange deposit address that comes with a Memo, please add it according to the format. For instance, if you are using the IRON wallet address of the exchange (such as Gate or MEXC), it includes a Memo for deposit remarks. When adding the wallet address at f2pool, fill in the “wallet address.Memo” format to avoid deposits not being credited. Please separate the wallet address and Memo with a half-width period “.” and replace the Memo with a string of characters provided by the exchange.
If you have any questions, consider consulting the customer service of the trading platform to confirm the mainnet format address.
