If you are unable to receive a verification email, please try the following:
- Check your spam/junk mail folder or blocked email categories (especially for platforms like Gmail, Foxmail, and Yahoo Mail), and visually inspect emails sent from f2pool.
- Do not request verification emails multiple times consecutively, as your account has a sending limit. Repeatedly clicking to request emails may result in being restricted from sending more emails. After submitting your request, please wait a moment and refresh your email inbox.
- Currently, some email providers experience delays in receiving emails (Outlook, Mail.ru, etc.). Please wait 2-4 hours after submitting your request, and then check your email inbox and spam/junk mail folder again. Note that you must use the latest email to verify.
