A number of factors may cause merged mining rewards not to be paid. You may check the following reasons:
1. Merged mining coin wallet has not been added.
If the merged mining wallet addresses have not been added, this will be determined as a waiver from relinquishing any merged mining rewards. No merged mining rewards will be accumulated or reissued.
2. The payout address was changed.
For security reasons, payouts will be paused for 3 days after any changes have been made to a wallet address. Your rewards will temporarily be stored in the balance before payments are made.
3. The payout threshold has not been reached.
Payout thresholds are as follows:
- DOGE: 40 DOGE
- BELLS: 1 BELLS
- LKY: 0.1 LKY
- PEP: 20,000 PEP
- DINGO: 1000 DINGO
- ELA: 0.1 ELA
- NMC: 0.1 NMC
- HTR: 0.5 HTR
- FB: 0.1 FB
- NAT: 5,000,000 NAT
4. f2pool suspended the payouts, or your wallet provider suspended the deposit.
5. Payout is in progress.
Our payout time is between 00:00 and 08:00 UTC. Please kindly wait for the completion of the payouts. If you still have not received your payout after 08:00 UTC, please contact us again.
6. The modified address has not yet been activated.
