Generally, most cryptocurrency transfers are not completed instantly. Multiple factors differ, such as transaction speed on-chain and the number of confirmations required. Usually, transactions can be completed within an hour after an on-chain transaction is initiated from the mining pool.
However, in some particular cases, the following factors can also be considered:
To track your transaction, click the link of TXID on the Revenue page. When the transaction information is displayed, the payment is completed. Payments are generally completed before 08:00 UTC every day. You may contact your wallet address provider with relevant TXIDs for inquiries.
- Using a custodial wallet
If you are using a custodial wallet, this situation is usually due to your wallet provider not crediting the funds to your account. You may visit your f2pool page to find the payout record list, get the TXID, then contact your wallet provider and request for crediting your funds.
- Using a full-node wallet
If you are using a full-node wallet, please make sure that the block data of the wallet has been synchronized to the latest height. If the problem still exists, it might be due to data lost during synchronization. You can try to delete the synchronized data (do not forget to make a backup of the private key or mnemonic) and re-synchronize.
