You may bind a mobile phone number to your account, or change the phone number as well.
Add phone number
- Select “Account Settings” at the top right corner of the f2pool homepage.
- Select “Security” in the left menu bar, and click “Add” next to “Mobile”.
- Enter your phone number and the verification code, then click “OK” to complete the process.
Change phone number
- Select “Account Settings” at the top right corner of the f2pool homepage.
- Select “Security” in the left menu bar, and click “Change” next to “Mobile”.
- Enter your currently registered and new phone numbers, then enter the verification codes and password. Click “OK” to complete the process.
If your mobile phone number can no longer be used or you lost your phone number, please contact our support team by opening a support ticket. Click here for a list of SMS supported countries or regions.
