Web—add, hide and delete subaccount

f2pool supports the addition of multiple subaccounts. You may manage the minings of multiple miners, customers, or different types of coins after logging in to f2pool.

Add a subaccount

1. Click the icon and select “Account Settings” at the top right corner of the f2pool homepage.
2. Enter the account settings page, then select “Add”.
3. Create an account name (your account name must consist of 2–15 lowercase letters and numbers, and may not start with a number), add a note (optional), and click “OK” to complete your subaccount addition.

Hide a subaccount

1. Click the icon at the top right corner of the f2pool homepage, and select “Account Settings”.
2. Select “More”, then click “Hide Account” to hide your desired subaccount.

Please note:

• Recovering hidden accounts can be done on the “Hidden Accounts” page.
• The grayed-out box on the left side of the mining account list represents the main account, which cannot be hidden.

Delete a subaccount

1. Click the icon at the top right corner of the f2pool homepage, and select “Account Settings”.
2. Select “More”, then click “Delete Account” to delete your desired subaccount. Follow the prompts to complete the security verification. You will receive an email notification after the sub-account is deleted. Deleting a hidden account must be operated on the “Hidden Account” page.

Please note:

• Records corresponding to the account cannot be restored after the account is deleted. You will not be able to register with the same account name in the future. Please be cautious before proceeding with account deletion processes.
• Please withdraw the balance of the sub-account before deleting it
• The grayed-out box on the left side of the mining account list represents the main account, which cannot be deleted.
