1. Power On
Connect the miner to the local area network (LAN) and plug in the power cable to turn it on. During the startup process, both the red and green lights will flash simultaneously. After a successful self-test, the red light will turn off and the green light will remain on, indicating that the miner has been powered on successfully.
2. Access the Miner
Step 1: Obtain the Miner's IP Address
Method 1: Visit the Goldshell website find.goldshell.com to locate the machine on the same LAN, then click to enter the settings.
Method 2: Obtain the miner's IP address via the Miner Batch Management Tool (Yotta BC Home) provided by the miner's official website: Open the Goldshell Miner Management Software Yotta BC, and click the black IP button on the back of the BOX miner to get the miner's IP address.
Step 2: Access the Miner's Backend
Open the Google Chrome browser, enter the miner's IP address in the browser's address bar, and you will be directed to the miner's backend.
3. Unlock the Miner
Click the "Unlock" button in the upper right corner of the page and enter the password to unlock. The default factory password of the miner is "123456789".
4. Change the Miner's Password
To maximize the security of your miner and earnings, please change the miner's password after the first power-on.
- Unlock the miner.
- Enter the "System Settings" page, enter the corresponding old and new passwords as prompted, and click the "Change" button to confirm the modification.
5. Add a Mining Pool
Add a Mining Pool and Configure Mining Information
- Unlock the miner.
- Click the "Miner Settings" page and select "Add" to add a mining pool.
According to your miner model and the selected mining currency, enter the mining pool address and port number, and set the miner name and password. Taking the LTC mining pool as an example:
Protocol: stratum+tcp
URL: ltc.f2pool.com
Port: 8888
Username/USER: f2pool account name.miner ID (separate the account name and miner ID with an English period ".", the miner ID can be customized to distinguish miners
