You are not authorized to perform any operations with your f2pool account. If you have problems with adding or changing a wallet address, we will help with it manually after we receive the following documents via ticket or email:
- The picture of your passport information page.
- The short video of holding a passport and a note. Please make sure your face and passport information could be clearly visible. On the note, please write down “I wanted to change payout address”, and sign your name and date.
- The old and new payout addresses.
After all the documents are received and verified, we will add the wallet address manually.
Please keep in mind that f2pool provides address settings service only once, and your account will be closed within a week.
