The Worker page displays the operating status of each mining device. Click on the account name at the top left corner to switch accounts, then you may retrieve the mining machines, and personalize machine sortings on this page.
Click on your account name at the top left corner of the Workers page, and you may see the below functions:
- Mining accounts: Switch between subaccounts to view the total hashrate and status of the miners.
- Account list: Add multiple independent accounts, and switch between main accounts.
- Read-only/Login-free accounts: These are located at the bottom of the list. Click these and you may view the mining status through a wallet address or a read-only page.
Click on the coin logo at the top right corner of the Workers page, then you may find the following functions:
- Search miner: Click the 🔍 icon and enter a name to search your miner.
- Sorting: The dropdown menu provides sorting functions. The default sorting is based on “Worker Name”. You may sort according to “15m Hashrate”, ”Rejected”, and so on.
The Workers page displays your workers according to different statuses:
- All: The number of your workers that have been submitting hashrate to the mining pool within the past 180 days.
- Online: The number of your workers that are now submitting hashrate to the mining pool.
- Offline: The number of your workers that have stopped submitting hashrate for more than 10 minutes.
- Inactive: The number of your workers that have stopped submitting hashrate for more than 24 hours.
If you wish to check out the details of an individual worker, you may click on its name. The following information will be displayed:
- Hashrate curve: Displaying the hashrate changes of your workers.
- 15m hashrate: The average actual received hashrate from the worker to the pool within the past 15 minutes. It is mainly used to assess the overall operating status of the miner, but not as a basis for checking hashrate due to large fluctuations.
- 24h hashrate: Tracking the average hashrate from the past 24 hours.
- Local hashrate: This only appears if you are mining with GPUs. It is the same as the hashrate being shown in your mining software.
- Rejected %: The rate of hashrate which has been rejected by the pool due to hardware errors or network delays. The rejected hashrate cannot be avoided but can be reduced.
- Staled %: While the rejected hashrate can be counted as part of your revenues, the staled hashrate cannot. One of the main factors affecting the staled rate is the internet connection. A good internet connection can significantly lower the stale rate. The reasonable stale rate should be around 2%.
- Last share: the latest time when your worker submitted hashrate, usually within the past 3 minutes.
Also, the app supports browsing your worker list in landscape mode. You may enable the mode by clicking the square icon at the top right corner of the Workers page.
