Change password

To maintain the security of your account, please update your password regularly.

1. After entering the f2pool app, select “Me” at the bottom, then click the gear icon at the top right corner.
2. Select “Security Settings”, then “Login Password”.
3. Enter your new password and the 2FA code (guide) as prompted.

Reset password

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the signup page. 
2. Enter the email address used in your f2pool account registration, then submit.
3. Check your email inbox and reset your password with the link in the email. If the email cannot be found, please check your spam folder.
