App—Revenue

The Revenue page mainly displays payout status, which includes “Total Income”, “Daily Revenue”, “TXID”, and more. 

If you click on a specific revenue record, it will show you the revenue details, such as the reasons for an “Unpaid” revenue, specific times and amounts, and the TXID for a “Paid” revenue.  

• Total Income: Total revenue of the current account, including paid and unpaid revenues.
• Total Payout: Paid revenue of the current account.
• Balance: Revenue that is not paid for reasons like the amount being less than the payout threshold, a 24-hour restriction triggered by an address change, pausing payouts, etc.
• Yesterday’s Revenue: Revenue that was generated in the 24 hours before 00:00 UTC of today.
• Today’s Est. Revenue: Revenue that is generated from 00:00 UTC to the time of checking.

For the revenue records, some supported coins show “Daily Average Hashrate”. This is based on the effective hashrate that is received by the pool during the 24 hours before 00:00 UTC of the current day. You can view the daily revenue details by clicking on the corresponding date or record. 

Take an example:

• Amount (Total): the total revenue of that date, including the “Bonus”.
• Amount (PPS): the fixed block reward from the network. It is distributed based on the network difficulty and the miner’s hashrate. This part of the revenue reward is relatively more stable.
• Amount (Bonus): the miner fee which is included in the block. It fluctuates more frequently. This part of the revenue reward increases when the market is more volatile. 
• Date: the time of payout completion. The pool processes payouts between 00:00 and 08:00 UTC. 
• TXID: The transaction hash that is generated when the payout is successful on the remitting side. If you have not received the payout yet, you can search the TXID on the block explorer and check the transaction status. 

In addition, around 1 hour after the pool completes the payout, the receiving platform will credit the amount to you, and the pool will also display the payout status on the revenue page. 

• Settling: We have not completed the settlement yet. We start the settlement at 00:00 UTC and this process is expected to take 1 to 2 hours to complete. A payout is made following the settlement between 00:00 and 08:00 UTC every day.
• Processing: We have completed the settlement and are preparing to make the payout, the transactions are being packed and sent to the blockchain. This process is estimated to take 1 to 2 hours to complete.
• Paid: The reward has been paid by the pool and you should receive it within 2 hours. You can also check the transaction status through its TXID.

If you have enabled the reward distribution function, the reward distribution information will be displayed on the Payout Records page.

If no payout record is shown after the settlement, you can view the reasons on the Payout Records page.

If you no longer mine, you can withdraw the balance manually. Click “More” and submit your request through the “Manual Withdrawal” option. Your manual withdrawal request will be processed between 00:00 and 08:00 UTC the following day. Please note that frequent requests before your request being handled may interrupt the process, and may lead to the cancellation of your request.
