Here are some situations that may indicate a malicious infection of your miner:
- Breached mining pool, account name or other information.
- Firmware cannot be upgraded through the back-end of the miner. The upgrade page automatically closes in less than one minute when upgrading the firmware.
- Unable to log into the account.
- Hashrate is suddenly displayed as zero, even the miner status page shows normal.
