App－Email alerts

f2pool supports the email offline alerts function to help you check your miner’s operating status.

Turn on alerts

1. After entering the f2pool app, select “Me” at the bottom, then click “Email Alert Settings”.
2. Select account. 
3. On the setting page, click "Add Email" then enter your email address and the email verification code. 
4. Click “Ok” to complete the settings.

Turn off alerts

1. Repeat steps 1 to 2 of “Email alerts”.
2. Select the email address for which alerts need to be turned off, click the "line" icon on the right and click "OK" to complete.

Notes

1. Up to 3 emails can be added.
2. The alert contains some of your account information. Please check the correct and valid email address before adding it to avoid the leakage of account information.
3. Anonymous/Login-free mining is not available in this function.
4. If the miner name is not set, offline alerts will not be sent. In the miner backend (typically under the User/Worker/Wallet field), make sure to use the format “AccountName.MinerName” (e.g., bigfish.001). If adding the f2pool account name only, you will not receive offline alerts. Please refer to the mining tutorial for settings.
