Web－Email alerts

f2pool supports the email offline alerts function to help you check your miner’s operating status.

Turn on alerts

1. Log into f2pool.com, click your account name at the top right corner, then click “Account Settings” in the drop-down menu.
2. Select the name of your intended account to set up email alerts, click “More”, then click “Alerts”.
3. Select “Email” icon then click “Add Email”.
4. Enter the email address and the verification code, click “OK” to submit.

Turn off alerts

1. Repeat steps 1 to 2 of “Email alerts”.
2. Select the email address for which alerts need to be turned off, then click “Trashcan” icon to disable the alerts.

Notes

1. Up to 3 emails can be added.
2. The alert contains some of your account information. Please check the correct and valid email address before adding it to avoid the leakage of account information.
3. Anonymous/Login-free mining is not available for this function.
4. If the miner name is not set, offline alerts will not be sent. In the miner backend (typically under the User/Worker/Wallet field), make sure to use the format “AccountName.MinerName” (e.g., bigfish.001). If adding the f2pool account name only, you will not receive offline alerts. Please refer to the mining tutorial for settings.
