Goldshell AE series miners offline

f2pool now supports Goldshell AE series miners for ALEO mining. If your miner frequently goes offline, please refer to the following solutions:

1. AE miner limitations (a common cause of offline issues)

According to Goldshell’s official support document, the ALEO algorithm is complex, and miners may temporarily fail to perform mining computations during certain periods, leading to temporary hashrate drops or even zero hashrate. In most cases, the miner will automatically recover within an hour. Additionally, hashrate fluctuations are normal when solving different ALEO algorithm tasks, with variations within ±5% considered normal. If you experience persistent issues, we recommend contacting Goldshell’s official support and updating to the latest firmware.

2. Incorrect mining URL

Goldshell AE series miners only support the TCP protocol. Please ensure that you are using the correct mining URL: stratum+tcp://aleo.f2pool.com:4430
