Function enabled: Changing ETH payout threshold

From now on, users can change their ETH payout threshold to amounts from 0.2 / 0.5 / 1 / 5 / 10 ETH. The default threshold is 0.2 ETH, the new payout threshold change will take effect on 00:00 UTC the next day. You may select a different threshold in your account settings by following this guide.
