GPU—how do I set up virtual memory?

When using a GPU miner to mine ETHW, ETC or other cryptocurrencies, you need to properly configure your virtual memory. The purpose of configuring virtual memory is to increase the memory capacity of the miner. This process can also reduce costs.

You do not need to configure virtual memory if you are using some specific mining operating systems.

When using other mining software, you can configure your virtual memory on the setting page of your mining software. You could search for the mining tutorials to set up according to the software you will choose.  Typically, virtual memory needs to be set to 6 GB or higher.
