If it is a second-hand miner, the problem is usually because of the difference in segments between the miner and the router or switch. You can try solving the issue with these potential methods:
- Restore the miner to factory settings (instructions for restoring factory settings may differ, please consult the official website of your miner), reconnect the miner, then attempt to find the IP address.
- Modify the router IP network segment to match the miner’s. Refer to method 1 to get the IP address if the miner IP network segment is unknown.
