If your miners started working, but there is no hashrate and online miners shown on your dashboard, please check it out for the following reasons:
- Miner is warming up
Please run for at least 10 minutes, or check when the word “Accepted” appears in the mining software.
Please make sure worker names are set in the correct formats. A workername should be up to 15 letters and/or numbers. For iPollo miners, since the machine protocol has some compatibility issues with the mining pool, if you use uppercase letters in the warkernames, your iPollo miners will not be displayed in the mining pool dashboard.
- Incorrect checking method
Please confirm whether the wallet address or f2pool account name is used for the parameters of mining settings. If you are mining with a wallet address, click the search icon on the upper right corner of the f2pool homepage, enter the wallet address used for mining in the search box, and select the corresponding coin type to view. If you are using the f2pool account name to mine, just check by logging in.
