f2pool settles rewards at 00:00 UTC every day. Payouts are usually completed before 08:00 UTC on the same day if the accumulated rewards reach the minimum payout threshold. There are slight differences for specific payout times. If the payout has not yet been paid after 08:00 UTC, you may refer to the potential reasons below:
- The account balance is insufficient during settlement.
- Any modification of a wallet address will trigger a three-day payout pause due to safety controls. You can find an exact date on the Payout Settings page.
- The Pause Payouts setting is on. You can log in to your f2pool account and resume payouts on the Payout Settings page.
- For special circumstances, please consult f2pool customer service.
If no payout record is shown after the settlement today, navigate to the Payout Records tab on your Revenue page. Then, click the button on the notification to investigate the reasons.
If the payout records show that the mining pool has made the payouts, but you have not received them, refer to this page to check out the possible reasons.
