F2Pool currently does not support changing email addresses through account settings. If you need to change an email address bound to an account, please contact us via live chat or submit a ticket and provide us with the following materials:
- The picture of your passport information page.
- The picture of you holding a passport and application note (please make sure your face and passport information are clearly visible. On the note, please write down “I would like to change account email from XXXX to XXXX”, and sign your name and date).
- The new email address.
Our customer service will help update the account email address after confirming your identity.
