Unfortunately, we do not support the return of digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies and NFTs, once they have been sent to us, or included in the blocks we have mined.
In addition, please kindly understand that we cannot assist you with sending your rewards to another wallet which you originally intended to receive the rewards with.
We only pay the rewards to the wallet address you have added in your account settings. Please double-check the availability of the wallet. If there are wallet-related issues you want to figure out, please kindly consult your wallet provider for assistance.
