There are two main reasons possibly causing this issue, and you may try fixing it by checking the following:
Connecting is unsuccessful. You may ping the pool, or telnet to check out the result. The reason for connecting issues can vary, you may reach out to our support team to look into this issue.
The running time is too short. The log will only record the hashrate found when your hashrate is successfully submitted to the mining pool. This requires a few minutes if you just started running your software. Occasionally, it requires a longer time for your first record to appear if the pool hashrate is low, or affected by the luck value factor.
