Currently, the Aleo miner v1.2.4 supports GPUs with 6 GB RAM. However, those GPUs will lower mining performance. We suggest you evaluate and take the performance into consideration before joining Aleo mining using GPUs with 6 GB RAM.

GPUs with RAM lower than 6 GB cannot mine Aleo on the current testnet 3.
